Costco free diaper sample

Perfect sample for new parents

If you have a child that is still in diapers, you'll want to check out this free sample. Costco, like Walmart and Kmart, has a section on their website where they list freebies. Right now they are giving away a free sample of Kirkland Signature Supreme Diapers.

Each sample pack contains two diapers for you to try. The way it works is that you request the size diaper that your child is currently wearing. The free diapers will be mailed directly to your home. The following sizes are available: Size 1 and 2 fit babies up to 15 lbs., size 3 fits babies up to 28 lbs., size 4 fits babies up to 37 lbs., size 5 fits babies up to 27 lbs. and up, and size 6 fits babies that weigh 35 lbs. and up. Each size diaper is outfitted with its own animal. Makes me think each diaper has its own mascot.

Free Sample: Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck Enchanted Fragrance

Simply 'Like' the perfume on Facebook to receive a free sample

I'm always on the lookout for freebies that I can use to fill my daughter's stocking come Christmas time. I was excited to find out this week that Taylor Swift is offering her new perfume-Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck Enchanted Fragrance totally for free. This is the second perfume released by Taylor Swift. The first fragrance was simply called Wonderstruck.

Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck Enchanted Fragrance is attractively packaged with charms hanging down from the top of the bottle. I found myself wanting a bottle just because of this, but I know it will also capture my daughter's attention. If the appearance of the bottle isn't enough to make you want to try this perfume, perhaps the scent itself will draw you in. I haven't had a chance to smell it yet, but Amazon.com lists the notes used in this fragrance as raspberry, apple blossoms, freesia, dewberry and green tea.

Online hotel reviews

How credible are they?

These days everything is looked up online on Google or Yahoo, etc. This is obviously a good thing and has made our standard of living higher. But are they always reliable?

I was looking to save money on a trip to Chicago and went ahead and booked the Ramada O’Hare hotel in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. No sooner had I completed the reservation, I tried to verify whether it was a good place based on reviews on Tripadvisor and Yahoo travel and found some really bad reviews.

If you click on the link and read some of the reviews, you know what I am talking about. There is the assertion of a double charge on a credit card and a shuttle service that is dodgy and very unreliable.

Save money by renting textbooks instead of buying them

The perfect option for college students.

When I first learned about the site BookRenter.com, I regretted that something like this wasn't around when I was in college. The creator of this site is brilliant if you ask me.

College textbooks are super expensive and unless the course is essential to your major, you most likely have no plans on keeping the textbooks four months later when the class has ended. Most colleges will buy some of the books back, but they offer you a mere pittance for the books. BookRenter.com allows you to bypass all of that hassle and rent the textbooks for 80 percent less than what it costs to purchase the book.

Cheapin' out on a watch

Are jewelry stores always the best deal or does online shopping really solve the problem?

I have owned a $500 Tissot watch for quite some time now, but have always dreamt of wearing either a Rolex, Omega or a Tag Heaur. The problem is that my budget of $1500 doesn’t seem to good enough to own even a Tag. I can forget about a Rolex, of course, but I thought I might have a shot at least at an Omega.

I put this up because I am guessing that most people reading this blog may face a similar problem with trying to get a dress watch that will go great with a tux and at the same time can be worn for job interviews.

Free True Reflection Perfume Sample

Even if you've never seen the show Keeping up with the Kardashians, you most likely know who Kim Kardashian is. Turns out Kim has her own line of perfume called True Reflection. To gain customers, a free sample campaign has been launched. I decided to grab the free sample even though I don't really wear perfume because I know a few women in my family who would love to try it.

To try True Reflection by Kim Kardashian for free, you'll have to head to the free sample request form. From there, you'll need to enter your first name, last name, address, state, zip code and country. Then click the “Submit” button. The sample site doesn't list how long it will take to receive the sample, however, the average wait time for free samples falls between four and eight weeks.
